By downloading, installing, or using the EatPilot application ("the App") or visiting the EatPilot website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App or Website.
EatPilot is a product of Link Heart Limited (nanorhino.com). EatPilot is a food recommendation service that suggests dishes from nearby restaurants based on your preferences, location, and dietary needs. The App analyzes publicly available restaurant data including menus, prices, hours, and ratings to generate personalized recommendations.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use EatPilot. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
EatPilot does not require you to create an account. Your preferences, meal history, and feedback are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts on our servers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information including menu items, prices, hours, nutritional data, or allergen information. Restaurant details may change without notice. Always verify critical information (especially allergen and dietary data) directly with the restaurant before ordering.
EatPilot is not a medical or nutritional advisory service. Calorie counts, macronutrient estimates, and dietary labels are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements. Consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.
The App uses third-party services including Google Places API for restaurant data. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party services. EatPilot is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services.
When you choose to order food or navigate to a restaurant, you will be redirected to third-party platforms (delivery apps, restaurant websites, or maps). Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
The EatPilot name, logo, app design, scoring algorithms, and all related content are the property of EatPilot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EatPilot and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EatPilot, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
